Inspired by my travels in Italy as a young chef, I discovered a new culinary dimension through the vibrant combination of bright lemon and pistachio. I recreated this experience in a Mille-Feuille, featuring a lemon-confit mascarpone cream that perfectly complements the rich pistachio flavours. Topped with crunchy pistachio praline and pistachio diplomat cream, this dish has become a fan favourite and a signature item at Finessence.

Our delivery time is between 12-4pm, as determined by the day's delivery route. The driver will call ahead to ensure smooth delivery, and we kindly ask that you pick up on the ground floor. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept requests for deliveries at specific times.
