Please read through the terms and conditions before submitting order. By submitting order, you agree to accept the terms and condition. In case of disputes, the decision of Finessence Patisserie shall be final and binding.

Q: Which areas do you deliver to?

As a small business, we rely on third party logistics to deliver our goods, delivery fees are paid directly to them. We bake fresh every morning so your order arrives to you fresh in the afternoon. 

The delivery time is between 12-4pm, as determined by the day's delivery route. The driver will call ahead to ensure smooth delivery, and we kindly ask that you pick up on the ground floor to avoid illegal ticketing.

Delivery fee charge (subject to change by 3PL)

HK Island: $160-180
Kowloon: $120
NT: from $100-160, quoted upon area at check out

This delivery fee is PER delivery address & PER day. If your order requires 2 delivery address and/or 2 different dates, we ask to make 2 separate orders. Currently we do not deliver to Outlying Islands.

Q: Can I send the cake directly to the restaurant?

In most cases, we can do it. Please send us a Whatsapp if you have a special arrangement.

 

Q: Do you offer self pick up?

Yes we do! Our workshop is a 5 minute walk from Tuen Mun MTR station, exit F2. To read more, please see delivery/pick up

 

Q: I cannot find the date I want to order, when are the available dates?

We make each cake to order, therefore each day is limited availability. When you add the cake(s) to cart, you will choose the date of your delivery/pick up.

The dates not listed are blocked off for private client production. If you have a special request, we will always do our best so send us a Whatsapp

  

Q: I would like to write a "Happy Birthday" message on my cake, how can I do that?

We have the option of adding Custom Greeting when you add to cart. Below that, please add your message.

 

Q: What happens if there is a typhoon 8 / Black rainstorm signal?

During Typhoon 8 or black rainstorm, we suspend orders and delivery as delivery couriers will not be in operation for safety reasons. We will contact you via Whatsapp to rearrange another date for your order.

Order cancellation and refunds due to bad weather will not be permitted, orders will be rescheduled.

當八號或以上列風信號,或黑色暴雨警告信號生效,當日的訂單將暫停。我們會聯絡你更改取貨日期。恕不接受因惡劣天氣而取消訂單或退款。

 

Q: Can we change delivery location/date for my order?

Yes, please let us know 2 working days in advance by Whatsapp with the below information to help our team identify and change your details:

Hello my name is [NAME], and my order # is [ORDER NUMBER].
I would like to change my order to [New Date / Location].

Note: all order cancellation or pickup date/time rearrangement requests must be notified within 2 working days before the pickup/delivery date.

 

Q: Is it too late to cancel my order?

We understand plans change, please let us know 2 working days in advance by Whatsapp with the below information:

Hello my name is [NAME], and my order # is [ORDER NUMBER].
I need to cancel my order.

Note: all order cancellation or pickup date/time rearrangement requests must be notified within 2 working days before the pickup/delivery date.

  

Q: What are your payment methods?

Our online store takes VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and FPS.

 

Q: Do you do corporate catering, wedding cakes, special requests?

Yes, this is our speciality. Please text us on Whatsapp and let us know about your plans! From there we will work together to create your menu.
